Exchange Policy (No Returns) Exchanges are permitted under special circumstances only and for "hair only". Exchanges must be pre-approved by calling Customer Service at 888-442-4247 within 3-business days from date you receive your order. Your hair may be exchanged for like item (color exchange), and any additional charges for the specific items exchanged will include charges for the new shipment. Replacement orders will be charged the standard shipping rates. NO returns are accepted, and No exchanges will be accepted for hair packages which have been opened.
